Waterfront Flip in Boynton Beach

We completed this beautiful waterfront flip in Boynton Beach, just a mile or two outside of Delray Beach, FL where our offices are located.

Flipping a home, especially on a home you bought on Auction, is always risky! This home we bought and completed our work in just 5 weeks, sold it the first day at our open house.

It was a disaster when we first walked through, but we saw the beauty in it and remodeled it from top to bottom giving it our ‘Beachfront Builders’ touch. Here are some great before and after photos:
