One of the recent flip homes we did in Delray Beach, FL and to be featured on our new TV Show on A&E and FIY.  This house was a very special project for us.  It was a disaster when we found it..  had been left alone for over 2 years and it showed!

We replaced the entire roof with the most amazing clay tile roof that never fades.  Straight from Spain, this clay has a lifetime warranty!  In additional we changed all the windows and doors for PGT Impact a huge investment and a great addition to the home.  Finally we replaced the AC system for a brand new AC system.  We installed new porcelain wood flooring throughout the house.  New bathrooms.  New Kitchen, new baseboards and doors throughout.  The house is beautiful and we sold it in one day!
